Some days before oppo has launched a best budget smartphone under 10000 it comes with three variant the first one is 3GB and 32GB model and this one is under 10000 and other models are above 10000. I recommend you should go with this. It has best camera the 13MP of rear camera with Portrait effect and other depth effects and auto focus too.
The Performance is the main reason to buy these smartphone because it has the best budget processor of Mediatek Helios P60 Soc chipset which is octa-core Processor with Mali GPU thats gaming is not that enough good as adreno's GPU. Battery capacity 3300mah.
 The Performance is also is the best part of this smartphone specially for the front or selfie camera. The front camera is much better but it has only 8MP of selfie camera but still better than other smartphones which has 8MP of camera and the rear camera is also aggressive because its Oppo's brand and you know who is the selfie king oppo and vivo.
 But still it is disappointing because it hasn't gorilla or other front glass protections and the back is made up of glass that's why it is not for that person who make the mistakes of smartphones glass breaking and many more but the back design is very Premium looking. Few months ago, means 2 or 3 months ago Xiaomi had launched its two smartphone Redmi note 5 and Redmi note 5 pro and we know that redmi is sub-brand of xiaomi which is for budget smartphones. It was launched 3 months before and still it is big competitor in 10000/- rs range.
But many things are disappointing us later after launches of but still it is still in these category because its best features as you can read:-
Xiaomi embedded snapdragon 625 the old processor but the beast and having a great processing Power and also comes with best GPU (graphics Processors) which Adreno 506 that's why it can give best scores in daily usage and decent heavy usage. Battery capacity is 4000mah
The Rear camera is 12MP with latest improvements and heaving a good performance and the front camera is really disappointed me because realme 1 has better camera performance than this one in 8999/- prices.
The display is also very good because it has gorilla glass protection and 2.5 D curved glass also.

3. Redmi Y2 (S2)

Redmi Y2 or S2 also launched by Xiaomi Globally with good Price segment specially for hardcore Camera users. The camera is very excellent but you need to compromise some cons like 720P resolution display and many more. Battery Capacity is 3500mah.

Redmi Y2 has 16MP of front camera and 12MP rear camera with secondary sensor 5MP means  12+5MP of back camera like note 5 Pro. The front camera performance is mind-blowing better than  note 5 pro camera. And this one also has Dedicated SD card slot for more storage. 

But the display is really very disappointing because 720p resolution in 6.0 inches of phone and no gorilla glass Protection and finishing is same as note 5 and note 5 Pro.

Honor has launched some smartphones recently with good specifications and they also launched under 10000/- budget which is Honor 7C.

The Processor is Snapdragon 450 Octa-Core Processor and Adreno 506 and also Android 8.0 out of the box. So, the performance is Decent or average.

The Camera is good enough the rear camera are dual setup 13MP and 2MP of camera and their is Front camera is 8MP. Both can record at 1080p resolution with 30fps.

The display Performance is also good that is 5.99'' of display with 720P resolution. Battery Capacity is low that is 3000mah. The Metal Body build with front glass no Protection.

The one more previously launched smartphone ny Infinix . It has also best specs but we know every smartphone is not that great. Its too same. It has snapdragon 430 Processor which is 1.4 GHz Processor. The Processor Poor and old with very lag performance if you are heavy user don't buy this smartphone please!
